rhiannon_schultz Position: Graduate Students Contact Info Email: rlschultz@uga.edu My research involves primate nutrition and health, including the methods used to measure and conceptualize nutrient intake and requirements, welfare implications of the diets fed in captivity, and how nonhuman primate dietary modifications might inform both historical and contemporary human health. I focus on investigating the nutrition, physical activity, and energy expenditure of gorillas and how the diets they are fed in zoological institutions impact their metabolic and cardiovascular health.
